R.I.P. investigated on 2/21/2009 in Waldorf, MD. An EVP, many personal experiences, and a continuing problem with battery drain. There's much more to learn about this historic and haunted location.
At Richmond's famous Byrd Theatre, we interacted with the spirit of a little girl and found that the former manager is still in charge (or at least he thinks he is). Several other spirits are apparently in residence at this theatre, including at least one who asked very clearly why we were there.
Our first battlefield investigation provided an interesting photo from Pickett's Charge. Is it paranormal or not? You decide... It was taken in response to "feelings" on the part of Rene and Pat that something was behind us. Our camera person had also reported hearing footsteps following her on the path as she came towards us, although except for the three of us the area was deserted. When we looked at the photo she took, we saw this mist that was not visible to us at the time. While we understand that atmospheric conditions could have caused this mist, we also think that simply because something can be explained scientifically and even re-created deliberately, the initial event may still be paranormal in origin – that is, spirits need to work with the materials they have access to on the physical plane (such as mist) in order to make their presence known to us.

The National Museum of Civil War Medicine provided a wealth of EVPs and even an ABS (gunshot). There was also a ghostly cat's "meow" captured on audio and a spirit who admonished us to "Stop watching me" during the Spirit Circle.
